Board of Registration in Dentistry

To register and license formally trained dentists and dental hygienists who have passed the appropriate licensing exam; to monitors licensees' practice of dentistry to ensure that the services provided to the public are in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws and the ethical standards included in the Board's regulations; and to ensure that licensees have complied with all continuing education requirements necessary to renew their licenses.

Term Limit: 2 | Term Length: 5 for board members, 2 for board advisors

First Wednesday of each month (except where otherwise noted), 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., 239 Causeway Street, 4th Floor, Room 417, Boston

Compensation

None; reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of official duties (per MGL Ch 13 Sec 9).
